The immaculate white, ivy-covered house is located on one of Brighton’s most exclusive crescents and interweaves features from its heritage with state-of-the-art trappings of a modern home over five floors.
The fashionable interior is filled with muted neutral colours featuring high period ceilings with decorative cornicing, sleek kitchens and luxurious bathrooms.
Previously in a dilapidated state in January 2014, the home has been brought up to the Regency standard that attracted the likes of Nick Cave and Cate Blanchett to neighbouring Sussex Square in recent years.
